 the majority of people spend time in virtual reality (VR) where they can enjoy any experience you can possibly conjure up in your mind. In these virtual worlds, nothing is illegal. Every deep dark fantasy you’ve ever had can be played out. This may very well be the future of our society.

 fully immersive VR technology is indistinguishable from real reality. Nanobots can be injected into the brain to turn off the real feedback into our neurons with artificial ones. we can plug into virtual reality at anytime.

So what would you do? You could live in any real or imaginary world you want, and live as any character you want. You could lead multiple lives. Any movie, tv show, video game, or even book could be lived out through VR. You could build your own world and rule it. Be present at any historical moment. Do anything.

I believe that this technology will make us gods. Imagine when we finally combine sufficient AI with this new world. We could design artificially intelligent beings to play the part of any characters we wanted, so they would actually be conscious beings and not just robots responding to us. they could be super intelligent, or we could even make them with the (artificial) brain of a normal human, and they might not even know that they are just in a simulation.

We also don't have to be alone in this world. we could invite our own friends and family to share in our experiences.

Furthermore, I don't believe that this technology will ultimately have to replace real reality. we could spend just a part of our day inside these fantasy worlds, and live our lives in this one as we choose.

Now, some of you might be thinking that this is crazy talk, but many scientists and experts in these fields think that this will become apart of our daily lives. And many of you might think that you would never be apart of this, but I think the temptation will be enormous. To be able to create your own reality would surpass anything anyone has experienced before.

A virtual world could look like an anime cartoon or something live-action. The person did not have to have the same appearance or even voice in a virtual world as he or she did in the real world. In a virtual world, a person could even have supernatural abilities. Or he or she could meet someone who was long dead like Marilyn Monroe or live in a fairy tale. 

People could gender-switch and even alter their race/species without having to undergo any real-world cost or danger of surgery. People could chose the world they inhabited whether it was Ancient Japan, High Fantasy Magical Kingdoms, or Space Exploring Colonies people could choose where they explored or relaxed without limits and their only boundary being their imaginations.

In immersive virtual reality, one is not bound by the limitations of the physical world. One can create and experience any scenario, environment, or sensation that one can imagine. One can visit any location in the universe, from the depths of the ocean to the farthest galaxies, or even create one’s own worlds and dimensions. One can warp reality and logic, altering the laws of physics, time, and space to suit one’s whims. One can have sex with multiple people, or any other beings, creatures, or objects that one desires, with no risk of disease, pregnancy, or rejection. One can even command vast omniversal empires, ruling over countless planets, stars, and realities, with absolute power and authority. In immersive virtual reality, one is the master of one’s own destiny, and nothing is impossible.

In full immersion VR one is absolutely omnipotent, total omniscient, omnipresent, absolute, even beyond infinitely greater, anything one can imagine is theirs, any fantasy or desire regardless how great or impossible is for them for the taking. This can happen by 2029.
